In addition to pest services we also offer weed control, pigeon control and have recently added a home inspection division. Employment at HPC is geared towards career orientated individuals. We look for people who are interested in long-term employment with one company. Our employees are paid a fixed salary on a weekly basis. BENEFITS: Currently we offer employee health insurance after a 90-day probationary period. After five (5) years of employment we offer coverage for your immediate family as well. QUALIFICATIONS: To work as a PCO, (Pest Control Operator) you must pass a state examination that is required by the Structural Pest Control Commission. VEHICLE: A work vehicle is provided to you, as well as all the training, tools and work related equipment that you will need. HOURS: Our start times vary with the seasons. During summer months, we generally start around 5:00 or 6:00 am, 5 days a week. During winter months our start time is generally 8am, and the day concludes around 4:00 pm. Overtime is sometimes mandatory depending on seasonal infestations.
